I knowabout pain

The first half of my life was wrought with pain and immense struggle. I was abandoned by my parents on multiple occasions, left with other people and a small suitcase of clothing. I can remember wondering what in the world I had done to deserve being left over and over again by the very people who were supposed to love and protect me. I started to believe that there must be something wrong with me and that I was unlovable.

Each time I was abandoned, I wondered why i was. so unlovable.

In later years, I was subjected to sexual abuse that lasted much. longer than I care to recall. I was bullied and ridiculed in school. I had no real “home” and I never felt safe. I built thick walls around my heart to protect myself and to keep everyone else out. I didn’t want to be abused; I didn’t want to feel the pain of rejection; Ultimately, I didn’t want to exist. I made it a habit to leave people, opportunities and even some family members before they had a chance to leave me. I used drugs to numb the pain the walls couldn’t keep out, and I often put myself in dangerous situations just hoping and praying it would all come to an end. All those walls, all the leaving, all the pain from the past was carried with me and into everything I did and every relationship I had.

I had fallen into a dark abyss of a broken heart and wounded spirit that needed just one glimpse of light…

That glimpse of light came from some serendipitous angels who would become my mentors, teachers, and my most trusted friends. Each played a crucial role in lifting me up, showing me the path to healing and ushering me to share my story and be a guide for others who fell into their own abyss and needed just a glimpse of light.

Now, for over two decades, I have been guiding people in live workshops all over the world, and through 1-1 VIP retreats and one-on-one coaching who are ready and willing to let go of the past, find their purpose and stand in their light so they can lead lives rich in joy, love, peace and health.
