In my 1:1 Integrative Lifestyle Coaching and Breakthrough Sessions, I employ various approaches to help you set and achieve goals. In addition to drawing upon Mental and Emotional Release® Therapy, where we eliminate the root cause of your emotional pain and limiting beliefs, I introduce a series of mindfulness-based lifestyle practices that will enable you help you cultivate and strengthen your new foundation. From there, you will have the support structures in place to start creating and living your life by design.
