Hey there, friend—
It’s been a minute since I shared with you how I work with women on the path of inner healing and personal growth in a level of detail that gives you a big picture vision of how it all unfolds.
Whether it’s in my membership program, 1-1 coaching, or any of my online trainings + in-person retreats, there is always a path we follow.
And it goes a little something like this…
In the first stage, you’ll find yourself in a place of awareness that some inner work is needed.
This is where you know, somehow, that past wounds and emotional pain are affecting your current life.
You feel stuck, confused, or overwhelmed, and you’re eager to understand why you feel this way. You likely find yourself open to exploring new concepts like emotional healing, shadow work and personal growth.
During this stage, you’re thinking a lot about why you keep facing the same issues in your relationships and career. There’s something holding you back but you can’t pinpoint what it is.
There’s curiosity mixed with a fair amount of apprehension about diving into the inner work.
You might even be feeling anxious about what you might uncover—yet, there’s a sense of readiness to address these long-standing issues.
Once we get going in the work, there’s a heightened sense of self-awareness and a realization of recurring patterns in your thoughts and behaviors.
You start noticing how past wounds affect your current relationships and your career.
Enough is revealed that you gain an initial sense of clarity and understanding about your emotional state, which brings the hope and excitement about the possibility of healing and growth.
Then we get into deeper exploration through delving into your past wounds, and we begin to release suppressed emotions.
You’re uncovering specific shadow aspects of yourself and you’re learning to confront them.
Not going to lie—this phase can be intense, as you experience a range of emotions and start to build some serious emotional resilience.
You’re beginning to understand the root causes of your pain and you know that even though this is challenging, it’s necessary for your growth.
You’re feeling vulnerable and your emotions are raw, yet there’s empowerment in the work you’re doing as you face and process difficult feelings in a way you never have before.
You start having more healthy emotional expression and honesty in your relationships and being in the work is leading to some powerful emotional breakthroughs.
The cathartic experience of emotional release is followed by a deep sense of reliefand you begin to notice positive changes in your relationships.
Next, we move into reprogramming your limiting beliefs and integrating shadow aspects into your conscious self.
You’re learning to embrace all the parts of yourself. This is where you begin to transform the negative aspects you’ve uncovered into positive, integrated parts of your identity.
You’re thinking things like, “I can change the way I think and feel about myself”, “I am starting to see the positive aspects of my shadow”, “I can do this!”
You’re feeling a sense of liberation from old patterns and limiting behaviors, and there’s a new confidence in your ability to transform and grow.
You’re noticing positive changes in your behavior and interaction with others. You’re finding success in implementing new habits and routines that support your overall wellbeing.
These tangible results inspire you to keep coming back to the work and going deeper.
People around you are noticing the shifts and you’re receiving a lot of positive feedback about the changes you’re making.
You’re stepping into your full feminine agency, revealing your unique talents, and clarifying your purpose.
You feel more confident in your abilities and are ready to take empowered actions in your personal and professional life.
You begin having thoughts like, “I have special talents that are valuable and needed”, “I’m ready to take action and make a difference”, “I’m clear about who I am and the direction I want to take”.
You have a strong sense of self-worth. You’re feeling clear, confident, and excited about your readiness to step into new roles and challenges.
The positive impact you’re making and the deep levels of joy and fulfillment you’re feeling propel you further down your path of personal growth and leadership.
Now that you’ve achieved a level of mastery in your emotional intelligence and personal growth, you understand the importance of maintaining your practices.
You’re now a self-led, self-sourced woman and, as you continue your own personal development, you’re finding ways to share the path with others in your family or community.
You walk with a deep sense of fulfillment from living a purpose-driven life and making a positive impact in the world.
You now understand the assignment and how this is and has always been the Divine plan.
There are several ways we can approach your destined path and those all vary depending on how ready and committed you are.
We can take it slow, we can jog at a reasonable pace, or we can clear the path and go at it as if your life depends on it.
You get to choose the how and when. I’m ready whenever you are.
In the meantime, wishing you an inspiring day!
In love and light,
Tris 🤎
